Siemens: Conversations that Matter Project

Siemens approached me to help them bring a feedback initiative to life. Playing your PART in Improving our Feedback Culture: PART being the acronym to be made accessible and talked about within their teams. Working within the Siemens brand guidelines, I created a 'Conversations that Matter badge' for the initiative, a flyer and poster. The badge is used in communications on the Siemen's intranet, in PowerPoints and within various other documents.
